PRIVACY WHILE BROWSING

Cookies and similar technologies

Information about browser storage and external services related to browsing CoelhoVoip’s website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Technologies such as session storage can also store information on your device and must be considered in privacy information.

Public website pages

The inspection on October 13, 2026 found no cookies on the Home, About, Services and Contact pages. It also found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel scripts, or automatic connections from these pages to external analytics or advertising platforms.

This observation concerns the pages inspected in the browser. It does not replace an inventory of server logs, contracted services or other company systems.

Privacy notice

The notice appears on your first visit. When you click “Got it”, this browser saves only the acknowledgment date in local storage, using the key cv-privacy-notice-v1, for up to 180 days. This record does not identify the visitor or authorize advertising or analytics. You can reopen the notice from the footer or delete this storage in your browser settings. If storage is unavailable, the notice may reappear.

Administrative access

WordPress may use technical test and authentication cookies when someone visits the login screen or signs into the dashboard. This differs from anonymous browsing of public pages.

Login protection may set the technical llar_login_flow cookie for up to 24 hours when you access the authentication screen. It supports the secure login flow and is not used for advertising or analytics. Access attempts may generate security records, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to limit abuse.

Language selection

The selector opens separate pages in Portuguese, English or Spanish. This navigation does not depend on language cookies or locally stored preferences.

WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook and Google Maps

These platforms open only when you use their respective contact or location links. After you leave the website, processing by your chosen platform is subject to that service’s policies.

Contact and technical logs

The current contact page has no submission form or document upload. Its buttons open communication services or your chosen application. The hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request data. The collection and retention of logs depend on service settings and applicable obligations.

Browser controls

You can view, delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent access to areas that require a login.

If optional tools are added

Before enabling new analytics or advertising features, the company must review their purposes, legal bases and transparency information. Where processing relies on consent, those features must wait for the visitor’s choice, with clear ways to reject them and review preferences.
